Explore a tool that helps map important touchpoints when working with multiple stakeholders or a complex eco-system. It’s a framework that displays the entire process of program/initiative delivery, by listing all the activities that happen at each stage, performed by the different stakeholders involved.

Monitoring & Evaluation

Strategies to enhance their monitoring & evaluation approach for quick iteration were introduced. We focused on creating comprehensive strategy to help the team track important & relevant indicators. A key component was to focus on gathering insights for indicators & designing actionpoints to test solution
